1. Cancellations and Refunds

A. Cancellation by User

Cancellations before scheduled call start time: If you cancel your appointment before the scheduled call start time, the consultation fee will be fully refunded to your Decor Mentors wallet.

Cancellations after scheduled call start time: If you cancel your appointment after the scheduled call start time, no refund will be provided.

B. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment before the scheduled start time at no additional cost, subject to expert availability. No refund will be provided for missed or unused appointments without rescheduling.

2. Refund Method

All refunds are processed directly to your Decor Mentors wallet. The balance in your wallet can be used for future bookings on our platform. Refunds to bank accounts or any other payment methods are not available.

3. Expert Unavailability

In the rare event that an expert is unable to attend the scheduled consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to either reschedule the appointment or issue a refund to your Decor Mentors wallet.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Completed consultations or services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Any promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to specific refund terms, which will be indicated at the time of booking.
